"Reactive" Proposal Process

A new (additional) proposal process for JMU and PATT users of the LT is now available. Starting from semester 2010B (i.e. now), the "Reactive Time" scheme will be routinely available every semester. Under the scheme, users can apply at any time for short amounts of time to either obtain observations of unforseen targets of opportunity, or undertake feasibility studies as a prelude to future full proposals.
